Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the PhoenixLuck SoulDeck platform and services (including the website at souldeck.polsia.app and the PhoenixLuck Soul Guide SMS messaging program), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of our platform, including those who subscribe to our Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans, and those who receive SMS messages through the Soul Guide SMS program. By creating an account or opting into SMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Soul Guide SMS Program

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages at your mobile phone number. Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier and personal preferences, and may include:
- Daily spiritual guidance messages
- Weekly tarot forecasts and energy alerts
- Occasional notifications about your readings and account
Message & Data Rates
Standard msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PhoenixLuck does not charge for messages, but your carrier's standard messaging fees apply. For best experience, ensure you have an unlimited text messaging plan.
SMS Commands
You can manage your SMS preferences at any time using the following commands:
- STOP — Cancel SMS messages at any time
- HELP — Get support contact information
After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe through your account preferences.

All tarot readings, spiritual guidance, and content generated by the SoulDeck platform—including SMS messages—are AI-generated for entertainment and reflection purposes only. These readings are not professional spiritual, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The tarot interpretations, horoscope content, and spiritual guidance provided through our services reflect AI-generated patterns and are intended to inspire self-reflection. They do not constitute a professional relationship of any kind.
If you are experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, or serious life decisions, you should consult a licensed professional. Subscription Terms
SoulDeck offers three subscription tiers. Billing is processed securely through Stripe.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
- Upgrades/downgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice sent via email before the change takes effect.
User Obligations
By using SoulDeck, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
- Not use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI-generated content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Not use automated bots or scripts to access our platform without prior written consent
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our SMS messaging service
Violations of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content generated by SoulDeck's AI—including tarot interpretations, spiritual guidance messages, and written content—is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a subscriber. You do not acquire ownership rights to any AI-generated content.
The SoulDeck name, logo, and branding are property of PhoenixLuck. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written authorization.
Tarot card images, names, and traditional symbolism are in the public domain. Our AI-generated interpretations and unique creative expressions are protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoenixLuck and SoulDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from your use of our platform or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account, with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PhoenixLuck operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your conduct is harmful to other users or to our platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@souldeck.polsia.app. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is subject to our Privacy Policy.
